Welcome to STRYK Nutrition. These Terms of Service govern your use of strykclub.com and any related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Pre-launch note: STRYK is currently in pre-launch waitlist mode. Products are not yet available for purchase. Full sales terms, returns, and shipping policies will be published when products launch. This page will be updated at that time.

1. Acceptable use

By using strykclub.com you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Abuse our chatbot, contact form, or waitlist (spam, automated submissions, attempts to overload our systems).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or bypass security measures.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce our content, brand assets, or product imagery without written permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Waitlist

Submitting your email to our waitlist means you consent to receive launch-related communications from STRYK. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by contacting us. A 15% launch discount is offered to waitlist members as a one-time promotion on first orders; terms of the discount will be clarified at launch.

3. Chatbot (STRYK Assistant)

The chat assistant is a tool to help with product information and general questions. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. For medical concerns about supplements, dosage, or interactions, consult a qualified healthcare professional. STRYK is not responsible for decisions made based on chatbot responses.

4. Product information disclaimer

We strive to display accurate product information, ingredients, and nutritional facts based on our labels and supplier data. Minor variations may occur between batches. Always read the physical product label before use. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Intellectual property

The STRYK brand, logo, name, copy, imagery, and website code are the property of STRYK Nutrition. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRYK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms over time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
